性价比算是比较高的酒店，公寓式酒店的优势就是房间大，设施全，不是很豪华，但是很舒适，就是房间里有的地方有受潮的痕迹，可能因为广州夏天太潮湿有关吧。有厨房设备，但没有灶具，微波炉、冰箱使用得手。交通还算是便利，离着客村地铁站有一段距离，但是离着公交车站比较近，并且广州街头经营租赁单车特别多，出行游玩挺方便的。周围环境比较安静、楼下有24小时便利店，对面的合生广场shopping mall餐饮、娱乐不是很景气，但也有商家经营，还有一个小规模生鲜超市。总体感觉不错。
