感觉酒店方一听说是网上订的房态度立马不一样，觉得不耐烦，就直接说没信息，没订过房间，后来经过一番交涉好不容易入住了，问服务员加条浴巾，居然说要另收费，服务方面还需加强，整体设施还可以，去长隆旅游度假区也比较方便。

酒店设备环境太差，尤其是前台接待员服务太差，我在携程上订的208，到店去她一直在说怎么208，怎么才208，搞得我好像占了她多大便宜似的，又不是住不起。
