今晚预订非繁城品酒店很不开心，晚上21:50多吧，弟弟从老家来，家里住不下，预订了非繁城品酒店，但弟弟行程改变，仅仅过半个小时的样子我就打电话告诉酒店不需要预订了，当班服务员说酒店取消不了，需要携程后台取消，后来携程后台说酒店不肯取消，一直沟通到凌晨12:00多，好辛苦！最后酒店还是坚决不肯退，我就说真不能退当时为什么要我打电话给携程这边退，才预订半个小时又很及时沟通说不能入住了，没有给酒店造成损失，感觉要起钱来不管不顾的，呵呵！真没碰到这样的！所以坚决差评！
