地理位置还不错，就是其他各方面没法达到四星级酒店标准。酒店服务冷冰冰，早餐种类太少，房间不够舒适，抽风机声音很大。

设施非常老旧，虽然住得还是豪华双人间，但不管是卫生或是服务方面都不到位，特别是洗脸盆，刷个牙洗个脸水都喷溅到洗脸盆外滴到脚，还有入住的时候抱着小孩，提着行李，也没有大堂服务员主动过来帮忙，最要紧的是当天玩回来时我妈妈不小心在酒店的大厅摔跤，当时酒店的保安，服务员就在旁边，尽然没有过来帮扶起来或是问候一声，当时很寒心，广州大厦的服务人员竟然冷漠到如此！！！总之对酒店非常失望！配不起四星级酒店的称呼！
