换了双床房住后非常失望 首先是一间抽烟的房间 味道很大 客服说因为楼层高所以不能开窗透气 然后就是房间的顶部很多小小的蜘蛛 我是最后一晚发现的 很震惊 再说说客房服务 每天上午十点来房间敲门要搞卫生 我说晚些 下午继续来敲门 第一天就算了 也很理解 但是接下来的几天也是这样 我需要倒时差 却被她每天敲醒 真的让人很不舒服 最大的一点不满意就是被子 我是过敏性鼻炎 被子一直在飘羽毛 不是零星半点 是一直不断地飘 打喷嚏不断 本来还觉得一直住在这里很舒服的 但是现在看来真的好失望 酒店还保持着四星 是不是应该改进一下 虽然说价格现在很便宜 但是现在广州大厦还不如同等价格的一些便捷酒店 房间卫生不是说只擦擦抹抹表面 天花板是不是也不应该挂着蜘蛛这么夸张
