公寓式酒店，安全管理不到位，房间没设固话，也没有联系前台的电话号码，唯一宣传单上的号码也是个错误引导，房间更甚没提供消防安全设施，若遇特殊情况根本无法应对也无法联系酒店。其余设施大部分比较陈旧，服务也欠缺专业规范，整体体验差，性价比不高。
