本次預訂非常不愉快，已經付過費用也收到確認通知。但是當天到達酒店卻說沒有任何預訂資料，酒店與藝龍互相踢皮球，白白在酒店大堂乾等兩小時。酒店人員處理不及時，應該能先安排入住後再與藝龍繼續協調，藝龍遇到問題處理流程緩慢，而且客服主管承諾做的補償也食言，在此強烈的對於藝龍與這間酒店表達不滿，相信不會再入住這間酒店，也不會再使用藝龍訂購任何旅行商品

广州•半岛（PENINSULA）
原来叫，海怡半岛。
现在叫，星河湾半岛酒店。很容易和星河湾酒店搞混。
这个半岛人气不算太旺，但酒店档次绝对超五星级的。

离广交会展馆比较远，位置比较偏僻了。但是酒店环境非常好，而且很安静。客人已经入住很多次了。价格不便宜。但是应该硬件设施还是好的。广交会期间有免费巴士，非常空。一个巴士只有几个客人，很惬意。 客人说房间非常大，而且舒服。

很干净，还有咖啡机制作提供，更贴心的是还免费赠送冰箱内可乐等饮料，早茶茶点很美味，下次还会来光顾的！
