接待我们的服务员是欧小姐和林小姐，这两位服务员在办理入住的时候不仅很快就办理完成服务到位，而且还给我们升级了房间，房间很大很舒服很新。并且亲和力满满让人入住体验变得很舒心，后续我谘询额外事项时欧小姐也是积极协调解决问题她的服务态度和热情沟通提升了我想再次入住的想法。

酒店位置位于一块突出的半岛上，离航道很近，相当于算水边了，酒店设施虽然有点旧，但总体还是很好用的，房间相当大而且乾净。酒店前台的服务是很棒的，但门僮的服务意识不够，老婆提着两大包东西还带着娃，酒店门僮完全没有想帮一把的意思，确实缺乏服务意识，作为豪华酒店来説不应该，毕竟你们这个可是正宗的服务行业。酒店早餐品种丰富，大家可放心吃。

老港风 旁边是星河湾小区 应该是一起开发的 虽然旧了点 但还是有高级感的 前台服务很好 送熨斗的老大姐服务意识有待提升 总体来説满意 以后到番禺可以首选这家
