我们是下午三点钟到酒店的，说房间还没打扫好，等到4点才入住，很多客人在等房间，大家都抱怨！酒店的服务员引导员很多，就是保洁员不够，后来早上看到保洁人员了，但是遇到客人也不打招呼。摆渡车比公交车还要挤，司机开得很不稳，虽然短短几分钟文明倒退几十年，这样的5A景点5星酒店管理有问题！但是酒店的硬件设施和环境是一流的，创意很新奇，把动物园和酒店结合！
