一点也不好 不值这价格 酒店陈旧一股发霉的味道 前台服务态度也不好 大堂一个短发女经理也拉拉个脸 自助餐厅一片混乱 一到早餐结束的时间立马关灯 清场撵人 孩子想再看一会火烈鸟都不让 你们是做主题公园的好吗 不应该以孩子的感受为主吗 一点不人性化！这种事情在迪士尼乐园就不会发生。长隆就是一个圈钱集团 垃圾乐园！

住在长隆酒店里，真的是去哪里都很方便、带孩子住长隆省事，也不累，酒店所有的服务员的态度都很好！人多时入住要到三点左右，可以寄存行李开始游玩了、房间收拾好，酒店会给客人发短信提示！酒店的外部环境也很不错！白虎餐厅孩子的最爱！

酒店整体不错，去好几个乐园都有直接通道方便，就房间而言肯定不值这个价格，设备都比较旧，也没有浴缸，主要图带孩子玩方便
