前台服务极差，当时结账时不给开发票，由于赶着去开会，留了联系方式加了服务人员微信留开票信息，结果事后票没收到，确把我微信删掉了。。。年底了，着急要发票报销，竟然遇种效率的人。。。当天已经离开广州。。。催票无果。。。前台服务员也态度恶劣，还给客人脸色看，相信这家酒店绝不是业务最忙的，没有有条不紊的处理能力，就别开酒店了吧。。。再说酒店设施，行政套也就呵呵的水平，早餐就更一般，建议大家不要住了，没啥水准，要不是没订上常住酒店的房，绝不会来这住。。。建议大家也不要来，给评一星都多余
