酒店位于番属祈福村内，属于祁福集团旗下，酒店周边及内部整体设施不错，服务热情，房间干净整洁，但房间在四星标准中不算大，可能是2010年升级装修，还是有点装修的味道，房间有阳台，通阳台推拉门与酒店签订相关免责协议，可以叫酒店管家打开透气。酒店早餐品种丰富，干净卫生，营业至10点结束。周边有一条美食街，有地方特色，不但可品尝当地海鲜，还可品偿泰国菜，生意相当好。酒店五十米处为祁福新村公交站，是去长隆起点站，很方便，广州打的感觉不便宜的。
