预定的高级单人房，看图片还是不错的，可是入住时告诉我只有双人床，但面积配置一样，只是改了两张床，我与人方便自己方便，既然如此，可以，但看照片，这就是现实，与照片差距多大。老旧，霉迹。还有，我在艺龙是先付费不可去找的，既然如此，就要保证我预定的产品存在，否则，你凭什么预收房费且不退。再出现这种问题，我将不再使用，就像不再用携程一样，不尊重消费者的商家，最终就会被市场淘汰。
