我一共预订了两间房酒店服务差不算！本来我订的是海洋房，居然把我的订的房间换成了普通的房间。这还不说，还给了我一间发霉重味道的房间。是宾馆最后一个。他还说什么人家有预定。推卸责任的话。难道我不是预定的吗？收的还是我预定的房价。我要求换房间，他居然给我开了一间有人得房间。我简直是无语😶。还紧跟我说没房间，搞笑，在我坚持换房间的时候。问下为什么我预定的海洋房没有了？你们大家想想，这是文字游戏了吗？本来我是不想评价的，就来玩就图个开心！不是开了好久车，直接就叫他换我订的一模一样的房间！大过年的，说算了。但也不能换个发霉的房间吧。太缺德了这家酒店。
