Definitely not a 5* hotel. Called multiple times from room 1620, doesn’t work, wanted someone to collect baggage, so had to carry it myself. Which is fine, just not a 5* hotel standard. Rooms were very clean and everything else worked great. Front desk were helpful.

房间蛮大，传统五星酒店的红木家俱，窗外能看到珠江和广州塔，整体上都很不错；如果实在要説不足的话，就是洗手间花洒装的有点高，对小个子女生不太友好；

19年开业的酒店，装修风格偏老，第一眼看上去像是10年的风格，但是设施都不错。酒店区位很好，就在珠江边上，夜景不错，早餐也很丰盛，推荐入住。

酒店房间隔音非常好，枕头和床垫都软硬适中，有助睡眠，这个对睡眠质量不高的我是非常友好。另外酒店提供双早，早餐选择非常多，很美味。酒店无论是前台还是客房的服务都是很好，总之，本次在伊士丹顿酒店的入住体验相当好。

这次选择广州伊士丹顿酒店，真的非常满意！从以下几个方面説説我的感受：
1. 地理位置优越： 酒店位于天河区，交通非常便利，距离地铁站很近，去珠江新城、体育西路商圈都很方便，无论是商务出差还是旅游观光都是绝佳选择。
2. 服务贴心周到： 前台工作人员效率很高，态度亲切。入住和退房流程顺畅。特别要表扬的是客房服务，响应迅速，房间打扫得非常整洁。
3. 房间舒适整洁： 我们住的房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠。衞浴乾湿分离，设施维护得很好，热水充足。隔音效果也不错，晚上很安静。
4. 早餐丰富美味： 早餐品种虽然不算特别多，但品质很好，中西结合，尤其是现煮的云吞和广式点心，非常地道。
总的来説，伊士丹顿酒店在细节上做得很好，性价比很高。下次来广州，一定会再次选择

Good food for breakfast with lots of choices, big room especially execllent with bath tub and big size bathroom.....would be great if wifi works better cos sometimes it cant be connected and would be best if vpn is installed via wifi

我买的是套餐，跟酒店的人说儿子想看广州塔，前台哥哥贴心的给了一间18楼可以看广州塔的房间，好评，
酒店设施一应俱全，干净卫生，好评！
赠送的自助餐本来也不期待，但是，真的非常不怎么样，呵呵呵
