酒店房間很整潔，浴缸很大，可以一邊洗澡、一邊看電視，整體感覺很舒適。每天晚上八點半還有糖水贈送。酒店員工也很親切，送了兩隻癸花貓給我的孩子，退房時還開車送我們到車站。
只是酒店地點太偏遠，從廣州東站過去要兩個多小時，真的有點疲累。

环境很好，房间装饰很用心，温馨，浪漫，工作人员服务态度很好，但价格小贵，入住酒店去葵园还要另外付费，体验一次就好了

又来了，服务依旧很好，干净卫生，房间宽敞明亮，五星级的服务，这次来新开了个亲子乐园，在1楼，有亲子师照顾，总之很不错，推荐！

入住这家酒店要有要有童话世界的情怀，不然你是感受不到它有多好。对比度假型五星级酒店它还是有很多差距。但是要比浪漫比卡通它家还是有的一拼。
