入住时候加了酒店管家irene微信，服务很迅速到位。房间有任何需要和询问，管家都能即时回覆且帮忙处理。
因为临时有事情取消了一天预订，男管家帮忙叫车将行李送到我们手上，一直忙前忙后帮我们确认，十分感激，五星好评，以后再来广州也会订这家福朋喜来登

职员服务跟装潢跟国外Sheraton水平一样。适合出差办公。小区清静，河畔晚上还有人钓鱼。

非常愉快的一次商旅体验，酒店景观好，环境好，整洁安静，特别要提的就是前台小哥Louie还有行李生Carey特别好，Carey彬彬有礼，笑脸相迎，出入都会问好致意，特别是前台Louie小陆，太贴心了，在办理入住的时候就细致的问了对房间的喜好，送了大厅酒吧的欢迎饮品，而且亲自送我到房间详细的介绍房间的一下情况，入住的这几天天天都有问候，特别暖心，服务丝毫不逊色于万豪旗下的W酒店，特别棒的一次回忆，关键还性价比超高
