前台接待员态度让人很讨厌，看到女客人就这副德行，和男同事就打打闹闹，这工作态度，直接给广州画了个大❌叉子，我这次走了几十个城市，这个前台的服务是最差的，直接影响到我对广州市的整体印象，窗口行业，一般情况下大家都有包容心，对于这个小姑娘如果继续包容感觉真是有点害了她，希望有所改进。

酒店周围环境不错，临江，楼下江边很多酒吧，晚上很热闹；酒店可以免费停车，距离地铁站大概步行十分钟的样子；我住的特惠房间，房间很小，看起来像布草间改造的，里面装修也比较老旧，卫生还可以。不过酒店的早餐很丰富，有个种点心和主食，还有厨师现煮汤粉煎蛋之类的，酒店周围也有一些餐馆。总体感觉酒店设备陈旧，不过性价比也算高。

是靠近江边但是只有一个小窗能看到风景，房间感觉很小，有种出乎意料的小的感觉。整体设施不错
