位子好性价比强，环境服务态度不好。一次不满意的旅行，因为我住五星级的房卡弄丢了都不用赔，这家居然让我赔50元，可以去买台刷卡器了，太黑心了。还有同城说会优惠，到最后一分也没有，作为老用户而言没有多大优惠

帮朋友订的，朋友抱怨，房间和图片相差很远，进入房间有异味，和前台投诉要求换房，磨叽半天终于换了，异味还是没有太大的改善。性价比很低。朋友间也闹的不愉快。

所谓的四星酒店，房间设施一般也就算了，因为建成时间久可以原谅。但是前台小妹的服务太差，体验很不好。原因如下：1，当天上午十一点去办入住的时候，前台小妹总是搪塞说客人没有退房，并以此为理由让我加钱升级房型，在我坚持拒绝之后，小妹多次强调因为我定的是最便宜的无窗房，她们也没办法。这种带有有色眼镜的看法和傲慢的语气，让我感觉很不好。2,下午六点钟办理完，吃过饭，收拾好东西，忽然发现需要处理文书工作，由于已经夜里十点过了，出去买笔很不方便，于是下楼问前台借用一支笔，小妹头也不抬的对我说没有笔，于是反问道，客人签字难道没有笔吗？前台仍告知没有。。以此两点让我体验很差，下次不会再前往。。
