1、服务态度是OK的；2、定了高级大客房，到的时候说满了，给升级所谓的城景房，太烂了，换了个最里面的房间，房间极其小，厕所正对着床，空间狭小，洗漱台很小，连洗漱用品都放在茶水桌上！台桌也小的可怜；3、晚上旁边有火车轻轨，在最高层都很吵；4、最重要的Wi-Fi，信号极差，基本连不上，连上了速度很慢，用自己手机的4G信号都微弱！下载个图片用4G都很难，只有在大厅的时候信号还可以！5、整体环境很一般，跟五星级差远了。
