服务太差了！说是机场免费接送，让我60多岁的人站着在中巴车里去机场，路途不远但是还有一段快速路，超员5~6个人是拿客人安全当儿戏!是五洲集团旗下酒店应该做的吗？!

之前住过的，还是挺满意的，就是最近住这个房间有个窗口是开向走廊的而且也没有窗帘，晚上睡觉房间里面太亮了

服務一般，不太乾淨，特別是浴室牆壁上都是霉點。早上接送機的司機真的很沒有時間觀念，說了8點整出發，居然等了10分鐘才看到司機的人，叫早服務也晚半個小時。真的太誇張，這樣的服務也敢說是四星服務
