酒店距离白云机场10分钟车程，在碧桂园小区内，周边是一片工地，没什么环境可言，基本上住这里也是为了赶飞机方便，这是我第二次住，本来第一次住的印象不错，那次的服务也很好，但这次来前台和第一次住的人不同，这次服务特别不好，入住安排错了房间不说，要求调整成正确的房间又推三阻四的，让我将就一下，最后在我的坚持下给换了房间，从始至终一句道歉的话也没有，也不帮忙搬行李。希望能加上员工基本培训吧。硬件条件还可以。

因订单房型存在网站与现场的谬误，入住有些耽搁与不如意，房间也没有此前一周入住的舒适与宽敞，关键是恰好停水了！本来预订了两晚，最终住完一晚就离开。如果下次再入住，按9.21的标准的话，还是会点赞的。

1.外面下着雨，店家网络预留手机号是错误的、找了很久没找到、联系艺龙客服、从联系艺龙客服到与店家汇合差不多等了20分钟、
2.店家艺龙网地址是错的！！根本不是所谓的一队十巷、而是在碧桂园临空港、从人和打车跟着导航走、花了34元、
3.早上去机场的时候、由于房卡落房间、回房间拿房卡退房，店家等了10分钟、而后被告知免费的车去机场了，再去得另叫车，然后店家用车身印有汇金国际公寓的车把我们送去机场、收三十元车费、同行另一个旅客却没有被收费、所以对于店家的送机服务这一项，抱怀疑态度、

到的比较晚，接机的小哥人很好，来的很快，公寓环境也还可以，东西都比较新。给我完成最大麻烦的是艺龙留的酒店电话是错的，少了一位，最后还是在携程爸爸那里查到的电话
