全家人到广州过年，想住在老城区感受一下土生土长的广州年味，所以选择了这家酒店。总的来说不错，只是旧了点，二楼就是餐厅，提供早茶还有湘菜，适合我这个贵州人。

老式的宾馆，价格嘛还算好，我定的是住三天春节特惠的房子，比较换算，但是，房间内没有空调，我说开热风，总台的回复说大楼的暖风设备没开，等到第二天气温又下降了，我再一次叫总台开空调，服务人员来了后说已经开了，可能是我的空调有问题，找了一个制服男修了一下，说等会就好了，我等了一晚上还是没戏，只好做两天就走了，总台给我的回复是住两天要上浮房价，虽然不多，但是我真的有点无语了，这是不是我的问题呢？？？
