位置非常好！广东省博物馆、图书馆就在路口，花城广场广州塔小蛮腰也是步行距离，去番禺长隆很方便，出门就上猎德大桥。楼下有便利店茶餐厅粥粉面和网红蛋糕甜品店。旁边是igc购物中心，猎人坊食街，离炳胜、广州酒家、头啖汤、禄运茶居、点都德都是步行几百米。地下停车场40元/24小时，公寓楼建的还可以但维护一般，地毯有很多污渍，房间装修色调很暗，感觉不够敞亮，卫生间非常小，有陈旧的污迹，看起来不是很干净。复式设计楼梯比较陡，小孩上下要特别小心，老人就住平层的床吧。床品质量还不错，有洗衣机阳台，方便洗晾衣物。工作人员服务态度很好。
