40号服务员热情周到，衞生乾净，房间宽敞明亮，建筑风格独特，非常舒适，性价比高，推荐。另外打扫七层的那位客房服务员大姐特别认真负责，给小费都不收，还打扫很乾净！棒极了！

广州比较老牌的酒店，离地铁站有1km，不过附近比较开阔，房间中规中矩，服务不错，离天河体育馆和广东体育挺近

地理位置优越，广州中心圈，吃喝玩乐应有尽有；
服务还是非常不错，价格也很亲民；
唯独有待提升的是地毯，确实比较陈旧，设施也适合升级一下就更有竞争力了。

衞生：乾净整洁舒适房间床很大
服务：前台40号有耐心负责还帮忙升级房型服务员也很客气，带孩子出来旅游连续住了好几天
