早上办理退房，前台让我给五星好评，可以送一个杯子！我拒绝啦，因为入住体验太差啦，昨晚一整晚没睡着！原因：酒店在路边，晚上车辆来来往往特别吵，另外厕所马桶一直哗啦啦流水！空调遥控器坏的，没法调温度，怕冻到小孩就把电源拔掉了，拔掉电源总算关了空调，但却热得睡不着！另外服务也是差，明明每个房间有免费赠送两瓶水，我们房间没有，打电话问前台说没货！让买两瓶上来也不肯，水壶好脏，不敢煮水喝。让送个洗衣袋，也没有……房间没有提供纸巾，要用纸巾还得跑厕所拿质量差差的纸巾！哎……完全是旅馆标准，实在配不上酒店这两个字，更对不起这个价格。住得最不满意的一个酒店！好评都是用礼品换来的！亲们，评价要凭良心，不能因为有礼品拿就违心啊！

很宽敞很舒适，服务态度热情，还提供早餐，早餐也挺丰富的，鸡蛋，肠粉，粆粉，馒头⋯喝的也有，最喜欢的是房间配有一个露天大阳台，很好晾衣服
