退房晚了几分钟就要收费，我们2点前就跟那个查房的阿姨说要退房了，然后我们两间房的朋友在楼梯口讨论事情，下到去也过了2点。下去竟然一间房要收超时费，没有电梯走楼梯也要时间啊，超了几分钟而已，又不是半个钟，这样就一间房多收几十块。问多收多少，他也说不出来，多收多少都不知道？压金房费超时费多少都不知道就能找零钱？

太吵了，隔音效果很差。根本休息不好。而且空调有噪音，一个晚上没休息好。前台的服务态度也很差。
