好的方面：br1/客房、床、卫生设施、配套物品都不错，住起来还是很舒服的。br2/餐厅的食物味道很好，量也不叫足。br3/客房提出问题后，解决很及时。br4/比较安静。br不足之处：br1/房间内电脑桌灯光昏暗，无专用台灯使用，考注安时，看了三天书，眼睛很难受；br2/结账时，前台人手不足，只有两个人；br3/查房人手不足，结账足足等了30分钟，才查完。br4/住在6楼，电梯坏了。但是在门口没有任何的“抱歉提示”，也无楼层服务人员指引，和其他客人走下去；br5/早餐卷写的用餐时间开始时间：7:00。但是9月4日早上7:20用餐时，自助餐还没有弄好。只好去1楼吃完，超过了18元，还加了4元钱。

下次一定不会再去住,还是大埔老乡开的酒店,288的房竟然空调都没有,3.4点把我热醒,打死我都不去住了.

服务态度很好，环境设施也很棒！就是隔音效果差了点，冰箱放到柜子里有安全隐患。整体感觉不错，下次还来。
