門童跟客服服務員態度真的很好，特別客房部的，這手好字，真的很漂亮！！小字條也很貼心！！放的紅包給他們也沒拿，感覺真的很守規矩很專業。
然而，這跟前台的同事反差好大，笑不笑就不說了，一天客人那麼多，累了吧，但你跟他們說話都不會正眼看你，不看你，不看你！！跟他們說謝謝也不會回句不客氣，拿東西給他們，雙手遞上的反而是我⋯一來就看到一個男生拿著電話問另一女生這樣那樣，女生也不會叫我們稍等什麼的，就把客人這樣一直晾一邊，出於禮貌我等男生問完再跟女生進行登記入住，也不知道他們是不是很忙，一邊接待你一邊在整理這整理那，真想問一句，可以好好接待完，再去搞其他嗎？期間去資訊了一次延住的事，另一個前台服務員也是這樣的，你有你問，他答，不會看你，也不會停下手中的工作，到底是有多忙？！幾分鐘也不能耽誤？很多小細節使人感覺都很差，整個培訓不足似得，禮貌，前台服務人員必須的吧？
