前台一男服务员假借为客人更换豪华房间为名，擅自将客人手机拿到自已手中对客人在手机中预定房间进行“好评”点评，该剥夺客人点评权利的行为让人极其反感和恶劣。小事靠智，大事靠德。该服务员的行为也应证了酒店的房间真的不敢恭维。
