第一次想留差评给一个酒店，入住时说明了不需要早餐，退房的时候居然有人用我的姓氏签了一张早餐单，最后找了半天人才说是弄错了，给我退早餐钱。我说你弄错了还能知道我的姓氏？
第二次中午办事1点多回来，休息了一下错过了退房时间半小时，期间没有人通知我，两点半打电话过来说我延时了，我说抱歉我马上下来，他说那立刻给我退房我以为可以免了延时费，下去硬要收我半天房费，说是12点的时候打了房间电话我没接，我说那你不会打手机吗？还有，既然你已经要收费了，还叫我起来干啥？在广州住过服务最烂的酒店没有之一。谁来谁知道
