老牌酒店地點優勝, 旺中帶靜. 房間也算是整齊清潔.
不足之處:
1)在於前台管理. 6個房間Check in竟要用上一個多小時, 實在不能接受!!! 公安局新規定下入住登記手續己經煩瑣. 但酒店只派一個正規職員, 帶上數個實習生(其中有一兩個可能只上班數天)在前台, 做法相當有問題! 因為藝龍訂房是不能選擇房間類型(双床/大床). 各實習生因為不懂怎做, 把工作推來推去, 才由一個相信較有經驗的實習生開始辦手續, 其間也没有其他正規的同事來幫忙, 其時問題是一直未有解決, 只是緩慢地進行手績. 該正規職員只忙著接待其他客人, 從没有過來了解及幫忙. 最後, 等待約一小時還是沒大進展。我發怒了!! 去投訴, 才有經理出來處理. 足足花了一個多小時才能取房. (註: 酒店把我們其中的兩間房提升為較大的房)
2)我們住的是江景房, 景觀不錯. 但房的窗實在太久没清潔, 影響視野. 敗筆!
其實, 這間酒店其他服務是還可以的, 希望可好好改善.
