間中都因出差來住, 設施不錯, 不明為何房價比附近的5星酒店都要便宜, 這次我終於明白了, 就是他們管理員工方面出了問題, 尤其是停車場收銀處的女職員, 對房客的問題一幅愛理不理的樣子........

订了2018年8月24日晚上的房间，由于家里急事改行程，第二天才能到达广州，和酒店沟通能否帮忙改时间，告知需和网站联想，随后联系同程艺龙。同程艺龙推说供应商无法更改。我再三请求，毕竟改时间确实是不好。但是，无法理解为何同程艺龙，以及南丰朗豪，一点人性化的服务理念也没有。不说里面再
