今天和老婆周年纪念 ，店内得知后立刻电话询问，升级了套房同时还安排专人服务！晚上回到酒店，经理还安排了红酒和蛋糕的惊喜！！服务态度太好了叭，话说琶洲附近的酒店我都住过了，还是觉得朗豪最好

入住了湖畔别墅五房，每间房都很干净、床品舒服，部分房间带温泉池，泳池宽敞干净，告知庆生，还可以帮忙布置大厅，送蛋糕、水果与牛奶，非常贴心。中餐厅出品米其林水准。宾客主任宋康毅与前厅宾客服务经理廖玉婷服务也很贴心与细致。五星好评，值得推荐。

以前来了几次，相隔一年多再来，卫生一直保持得挺好，进去很干净清新的感觉，特别广州现在潮湿天气也挺干爽的，酒店服务很好，每个服务员服务态度都不错，下车帮开车门拿行李那些就算人多也做得到位。就是早餐有点不尽人意。整体感觉不错，千元不到住套房特别舒适。

由于疫情，早餐只能在房间享用，很有仪式感。酒店的服务和房间还是一如既往的好，三楼明阁的水准确实具有米其林的水平，对我来说，来广州的首选酒店。
