前台服务态度不错，房间干净，床垫较舒适，女儿很喜欢，窗帘可自动打开，洗澡还会有歌声，但声音太大了点，房间隔音不算很好，可听见隔壁房的音乐声。每层收拾房间的阿姨貌似不多，需要东西要等一会才送过来。订房时用积分换了3份酒店餐厅的自助餐，餐厅比较整洁，早餐品种挺多，面包三文治，粥粉面，炒粉炒饭，饮料豆浆都俱全，味道不错，店员态度也好好，积分换的感觉超值，现金买的话28元一位。周边有一个购物小超市，要走好几百米远，吃饭选择没有体育馆附近多。入住可免费停车，但要到前台登记车牌号码，离店出去也要重新登记一次。总体满意，下次去花都会优先考虑入住。
