首先，酒店前台很热情，办理入住时会递上热水和热毛巾，清洁人员会主动问好。其次，房间里设施先进，进房窗帘和电视自动开启，洗澡时会有音乐自动播放。铂涛旗下的酒店，卫生条件有保障。再次，地理位置很优越，酒店不远有点都德，还有老字号一条街，其中有泮溪酒家、行运楼、伍湛记等，酒店步行两三分钟就有地铁口，十分方便，很推荐入住。
