酒店环境很好，地理位置出行十分方便，酒店内还有免费mini吧，强烈推荐，下次来还住这里。唯一不足的是艺龙预定反馈到酒店去app显示已完成，可是到酒店还没有相关信息，好在酒店服务人员态度不错。

设施：四星级酒店的布置，房间面积够大，有休闲的沙发可躺可睡，厕所有浴缸，房间里所有的东西都可以免费享用，冰箱里有很多饮料，饮用水不够可以随时取用，有熨烫板，还有专门的衣帽间。就是一次性拖鞋，非常不好穿，一直湿漉漉的一晚上！洗发水沐浴露很难用！厕所里面洗澡间的设计很不合理、一打开门就撞到马桶，一直打开门连人都走不过去！没有地方晒衣服。洗澡间里的水流很小，浴缸上的喷头水又非常大溅得到处都是！
卫生：有些糟糕！居然在洗澡间的墙上有一大撮长头发！真的不知道清洁人员是如何工作的。
服务：不能现场开发票！不能按照网络价格在现场刷卡消费。网络订单也不能及时确认。到了酒店前台，一定要等到14:00才给入住！
位置：还行，地铁口出来走十来分钟，大马路走进来拐个弯就看见酒店。马路对面有不少吃的、有点都德花城店。在珠江新城高档住宅区，出入打车都才20块钱以内，在马路上打车比走去地铁站方便，人多的话可以打车不用走那么远。
