酒店位于北京最繁华的北京路 交通方便 设施齐全 就是酒店有点旧了 设施有点落伍的 但是对于贪图方便的客商来说还是值得一住

地点无可挑剔不用10秒，过马路就是北京路，附近商铺食肆林立。可惜酒店太久，侍应态度差，而且同时订2间房，安排却在走廊两端，相隔甚远。而且完全没有与客户解释或者事先咨询客户意见。而且房间设施缺漏，要求纸巾只提供卷纸，而且语气态度差。唔会再去。所以住了一晚就走唔切。而且比较乱，任何人都可以上房间，完全无治安管理。

很多次入住丽都了，但这次入住发生一件很让人气愤的事！我们一共三间房住三天，7月12日退房上火车回家，昨晚15日凌晨5点多，收到银行短信酒店盗刷了我的卡，居然用我卡里的钱去买美金！！！查了银行那边得知是酒店没有撤销我入住时的预付款交易，才能用我卡里的钱！今天打电话去查还说太忙不得闲查，叫我慢慢等！！！找携程也说订的酒店是到付帮不了我！无奈人不在广州的我只有选择报警。。。丽都在我心里的印象一落千丈！给位亲啊，下次一定小心酒店使诈啊！

不知道為什麼 早上就很吵，每天都被吵醒，不是情節阿姨的聊天聲音就是附件房間在維修神秘的。吵死了，隔音超級差。

我们一家一共住了5天。酒店的位置非常好，周边吃、玩、行都很方便。酒店内部的环境装修的有品位很棒，上下水通畅，做卫生的姐姐服务很贴心。是一个性价比很高的酒店。
建议：酒店的棉被能否换尺码大点的。
床垫有点太硬了。
