我就纳闷了高档型酒店怎么客人评分那么低，确实是事出有因……房间窄小格局乱来，隔音很差一点风吹草动听的清清楚楚，住的很不舒服也睡不好，不值这个价。下次不会来了！

酒店就在莲花山山脚，开车到正门才5分钟，酒店环境真的不错，尤其绿化做得非常好，服务员态度也很好，虽然没有城央高端酒店服务人员那么专业的形象，但明显能感到对待客人的真诚和热心，少了几分职业化的笑容，多了几分亲切和真诚，很舒服！！房间的设施设备该有的都有，虽然面积不大，但很精致，空间感也不错，我们住的房间就对着泳池，景色很好。房间卫生也很干净，以后还会再来！

春节期间入住的，入住时遇到临时加价问题，前台服务人员态度强硬，明显一副“爱住不住，不住拉到”的样子。后来找携程客服协调，前台工作人员才主动找酒店经理咨询清楚。问题虽然解决，但态度让人无法接受。另外酒店的KTV竟然还是额外收费的，前台客服人员反应包场要两千多。这点无法接受。箱房味道较大，价格还是贵的，不建议住。

各种条件都好，就是热水来的太慢，放了好久，都没有，终于等来热水后，热度不够，原因可以理解，酒店在举办一个孩子的训练营，很多人都在用热水，确实不太够。

昨晚楼下会议室有人开会，我们在五楼听得到嗡嗡的低沉的麦克风声音，影响休息。周边环境挺好的，但房价有点贵（三人间458）

跟男朋友过来莲花山玩，酒店位置很好找，绿化不错，空气很好，很清静，房间很舒适，干净整洁，环境优美，很适合过来度假，值得再来，餐厅用餐也很方便
