前台笑容亲切，高效办理入住，并主动升级了房型。欢迎茶点和详细的地图指引，瞬间消除了旅途疲惫。入住的是豪华城景房，房间宽敞明亮，落地窗视野极佳。最惊喜的是床品，软硬适中，一夜无梦到天亮，这对旅行者太重要了！浴室乾湿分离，水压充足，备品品质很好。

这次带父母出行选择了贵酒店，事实证明这是最正确的决定。父母年纪大，前台特意安排了安静且靠近电梯的房间。父母对早餐的中式粥点赞不绝口。最让我们感动的是，第二天游玩回来，发现房间多了一个泡脚桶，原来是细心的客房阿姨看到我妈妈走路稍累后主动准备的。这份超越服务的关怀，让我们全家都感到无比温暖。这里不像酒店，更像一个临时的家。万分感谢！

Beautiful room (I even got an upgrade) with AMAZING service seriously the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is not the best as the area isn’t super lively but if you’re looking for someplace quiet then it is perfect. It’s also 5 minutes away from a subway station

位置地处天河核心区域，毗邻麦德龙商场、沃尔玛超市，周边餐饮外卖选择丰富，步行5-10分钟可达地铁5号线科韵路站，8分钟左右车程能到珠江新城，地理位置十分便捷。部分房型的全景落地窗可眺望金融城夜景，甚至能看到广州塔。
设施齐全，前台给我们免费升级了豪华套间，房型面积宽敞，40多平米，配备沙发、办公区与全景落地窗，客房实现乾湿分离，夜晚安静。酒店公共区域设有健身房、棋牌室、洗衣服、多功能会议室等配套等。
前台服务整体热情，早餐种类丰富，包含广东早茶汤粉面等本地特色。酒店配备免费停车场，就在酒店楼下，很方便。

在公司选了附近的美豪明悦酒店，超大空间和落地窗好景出乎意料，酒店早餐很丰富，味道很地道，还有很多广式点心，入住还给我们送了欢迎礼包，服务员给我们水洗的衣服烘乾烫平还叠好送回房间，真的很贴心，就像住家一样。以后公司接待就选这里了
