我是住1401 房的客戶 第一次住的感覺就不好, 因為服務員 收了我港幣的押金500後 在跟我說對不起我們不收港幣押金 那好我就給妳們信用卡 總共花了我15-20分鐘的手續.. 到了房間 我發現我的房是雙人床的.. 我下去後他們說妳沒有跟我們說妳要大床..
好沒關係 是我的責任 我該跟妳們說我要怎麼樣的床... 換了一件大床房給我, 我發現沒有江景 床也很硬... 最慘的是 我睡到一半服務員說門鎖壞了 要換... 好沒關係.. 給妳們10分鐘換門鎖的電池...更加糟糕修好門鎖後 那個門需要很用力很大力的才可以關好... 最悲哀的是信用卡預收要等1個月才取消... 各種各類的麻煩我不會再住這酒店 我也知道妳們不會珍惜我這種客戶.. 謝謝妳們所給我的麻煩.. 謝謝

酒店地理位置不错，很方便出行办事，近珠江边，可以欣赏夜景，夜晚比较安静。缺点是不靠近地铁站！

月亮湾之前就住过，很不错的酒店，价钱也合适，房间不会很大不过觉得挺温馨，风景也很好，不过就是房间的抽风不够好，洗过的衣服晾了两天都没有要干的意思，很郁闷呢= =。不过总体来说还是很不错，顺便说一下，位置挺方便，酒店后面走5~8分钟就是五羊坉地铁站，打的到天河城15块。
