看中四星级和临近小蛮腰去下订，一家三口订了三人房，心目中的四级总觉得不会差到那里。谁知去到酒店，设施陈旧，电视模糊。最令人不能接受的是，回酒店后开了电视一段时间出现烧焦味，告诉前台，电工来看了一下，说没有味，没什么事，准备走时，突然房间断电，漆黑一片;现场的客房部经理电话告知前台要换房，结果前台还不信，时间已是晚上12时。忍无可忍之下，与前台人员发了一通脾气才得以换房。后来酒店一经理来了解事情经过并表歉意，承诺退房时作出优惠补偿。结果第二天退房时，前台人员又不能按昨晚经理的承诺补偿，并说要电话找昨晚的经理确认，打了近10分钟都没法找到经理。无奈之下，在再三与其交涉的情况下，旁边的另一个前台人员冒出来说:好了，我们按经理的说法补偿给你。一个前台工作人员都可决定的事，却兜了这么大一个圈子来忽悠我。本以为一切都已解决，于是退房去玩，车仍放在其地下车库(在入住时，已咨询前台人员退房后可放到晚上12时)，后到下午5时许回来取车时，其前台人员说:你退房时就应该把车开走了。又经一番口舌才将事情说清楚。唉，这样四星，这样的服务，真让我无语，终身难忘！
