捷登都会大厦里有多家酒店公寓！带老人出游，因提前一天到达，补订房间时未定在一家！诺盟国际公寓为了我们方便照顾老人，不仅免费升级房间还特别注意将楼层定在19楼(原定其他的酒店在20层)，非常感谢！入住退房接待过程中，工作人员非常有礼貌，微笑服务让人暖心！房间空间与设施非常到位，周边餐饮、交通、历史景点和商业繁华方便，正好遇到广州越秀区春节花市，热闹非凡！住的好，吃的好，玩的好，服务好！一次让人愉快幸福的旅行！

酒店服务很好，而且很大位置也不错。有洗衣机和晾衣区，方便中转。只是酒店没有电话在房间，要自己打电话到前台，这个比较麻烦

吹风筒用几分钟就没反应，淋浴间没有挂衣服的地方，洗手间用玻璃做门，没有隔音效果，房间会听到声音。玻璃门也是推拉的，不好开，没有设计到拉门的地方，公寓的墙纸有几处已经脱离了。刚入住自己用毛巾擦了一遍沙发和桌子，黑乎乎的，地板有拖吗？公寓电梯等待时间久和很拥挤，是户数比较多楼层高吧，有几家酒店都在这栋楼。
