卫生状况有待提高，客房服务员打扫卫生时候地毯上都不用吸尘器吸尘，都是碎屑和头发。还有沙发罩每次来都是有点污点也没能及时清洗。

停车场在酒店背后的一块空地，入口很隐蔽，很容易错过。说是近东站和天河北，其实开车还是要20分钟。大马路旁边的房间很吵，入住的时候和前台说不要朝路边的，还是给我路边的，而且七点半就听到敲敲打打的装修声。房间基本和其它柏高差不多，就是服务和位置差点。另外，这是第一次用艺龙，入住后返现32元，提现的时候居然提示单笔提现少于200要扣5元手续费。呵呵，评论完就卸载，以后继续用携程。

客房服务有漏洞，不经允许直接开门往里闯，吓死宝宝了。隔音效果很差，旁边房间人说话听的真真的，下半夜两点才入睡。周围配套几乎没有，很遗憾。

商务酒店的标配都有了，优点：1.离六号线天平架的确很近，B口出来三分钟就能走到；2.服务态度还不错；3.有冰箱和保险柜
缺点：1.过年没有早餐提供，必须坐地铁出去觅食，有点麻烦；2.房间不算大，厕所有点下水道的味道，厕所和浴室是独立的，但是没有遮挡物，有点不方便；3.傍晚后走道里有很浓的油烟味，房间里也有一点，需要开空调通风；4.房间地毯比较脏

位置有点偏了，距离广州塔体育中心都太远了，店是新开的，房间布局不佳，卫生间给人很压抑的感觉 太小了，没有吹风机 但接待态度还是很好的
