Hotel wasn’t too clean and had a weird smell, thjngs in the room were very dusty. Room was spacious and had a big shower and bath which was good. We checked in late and were given late checkout. After reception called to remind us to check out we asked if we could check out 30mins later, the staff accommodated our even later check out with no problem. Friendly staff and able to communicate using a translating device.

前台有一只超级可爱的猫猫??！！！！！好评好评超黏人很乖的???我们快递很多前台帮忙拿上来了超赞??房间虽然有点暗但是比想像中大很多，很卫生，保洁每天趁我们不在的时候来打扫，很棒的一家酒店

小姐姐说新年有活动免费抽奖抽到了早餐，但是我不用早餐，小姐姐后面就直接给我做了免费升级，酒店有机器人送餐比较方便，但是房间的声控灯太敏感了，不得不晚上请阿姨帮我关了，其他满分
