房间热水不稳冲凉排水堵塞，这里的公寓都是写字楼改的小旅馆，周边餐饮店都是宰客黑店，除非万不得已，建议不要住广州南站附近。

没有早餐，楼下有餐饮店，平均25元一个人。离南站很近，有专车接送，在广州南站南4桥墩(P1出口)，春节价格偏贵，房间布局不错，离马路近，有一点点吵。总体算一般+。

唯一的好处是离南站近，卫生间不干净，楼道阴暗，感觉怪怪的，楼道里有一个周易风水的店，还有一个房间门上贴着符，不知道这楼是不是有什么邪事，感觉很吓人，一晚上没敢睡，第二天上车睡的

酒店离南站很近，车接车送很贴心。整天环境一般，卫生有待提高！设施还是不错的，赶高铁挺适合。楼下有一些小吃，周围比较荒。

为了早上赶车，预订了这里，离南站很近，5:30开始有车送客人去南站，每半小时一趟，还是很方便的！住的是Loft，应该不适合老人住，附近还在建设中，希望将来会更加繁荣吧……
