1.酒店大堂人员的服务非常好.接待问询都好热情,还主动复印地铁示意图给我们.我孩子很淘气,但是他们都笑着和孩子说话.没有不悦的表情;
2.房间很大,窗外就是越秀公园,景色挺美的.酒店旁边就是越秀公园.早上起来去公园走走感觉很好;
3.房间设施太旧了.冰箱好像有点问题,一直在响;电热水壶就是水开了,也不会自动断电.虽然之前看入住客人的点评,有心理准备.但实际入住时,还是感觉太旧了.
4.酒店一楼大城小厨的菜挺好吃的.就是总是客满,订不到台位.

国外客人特意要求预定的酒店，第一次进入感觉空间特别的太，房间设施也非常好。建议多多入住。

在广州这样的酒店性价比是比较高的，服务设施及价格都是非常适合出差的朋友。唯一让我不解的是为什么从艺龙定特价房，如果未住入需要扣除所有的房款？正常的酒店都是扣除1天的房款，因我经常为客人和自己预定酒店，万一客人飞机到不了或者因什么事未入住，难道预客所有房款我必须要承担，太不合情理也太不道德了。

虽然这酒店我还会去，但不得不提出该酒店的设施已经残旧了，沐浴间的浴缸已经非常的旧，已经颜色发黄。而且地毯旧点有点破烂和发霉的味道。床也是可能长时间的使用，已经使人睡完后觉得不舒服。还有就是，退房时办理手续的时间非常的没效率！！
