体验超差，订的是双床房，结果拿到的是两张床拼在一起的大床？？？明明是双床房，为什么会这样？证明没有搞卫生？而且晚上空调坏了，没有应急措施，酒店工作人员也不予理会，大晚上的也找不到别的去处了，闷热了一晚上，早早订好的房间，结果是这样的，太失望了。
