优点：
1.楼下吃的多，饮食方便
2.服务态度良好，值得加分
3.距离医院和大学很近，去这两个地方首选
不足
1.距离地铁口有些距离，坐地铁不怎么方便
2.房间设施落后，插座设计不合理，充电不方便
3.靠近路边。晚上睡觉的时候不安静。挺吵
4.枕头好高啊。睡到脖子痛
