位置相当不错，上班就餐运动都很方便。清洁程度一般，管理的话就负责的小姐姐最专业一点，她的部下们还需要多多培训。总的来说，位置的方便性可以抵消一些负面的体验。如果做好清洁的细节（比如毛巾会掉灰）和加快开票速度和打印详单的速度（可以开通免费的微信和支付宝发票小程序）会更好。

说说优点先，位置极佳，旁边就是天河城 万菱汇一大片商圈，想怎么逛都行。楼层高，视野好！复式结构空间大，房间宽敞！厨房一应俱全，
缺点就是，一是到房间还得换乘电梯，空气有点闷，因为落地玻璃无法开窗，有点发霉的味道。二是隔音不能接受，走廊的声音很清楚，隔壁晚上聊天简直现场直播，估计也是落地窗的原因。

正佳广场上面，从正佳金殿进去，位置优越，旁边就是天河城，天寰广场，离地铁站1号线走路1分钟，3号线体育西路也很近，陶陶居和广州酒家离这里都很近，吃喝玩乐都超级方便，高层风景很好，整面墙的落地窗，看夜景真的很棒，电梯速度很快，房间设施齐全，卫生条件不错，前台小妹服务很棒，值得这个价位，下次还会选择的。推荐
